Re-introducing the Success for Teens Curriculum:
Igniting Dreams, Transforming Lives!
In 2003, under Dean KJ's leadership and with guidance from Rev. Dr. Congressman William Gray III, a dedicated team partnered with the Urban Success Foundation and The Success Foundation to develop the groundbreaking Success for Teens curriculum. This visionary program was designed to equip youth with essential life skills, character development, and a success-driven mindset.
Since its launch in 2005, the curriculum has empowered over 5 million students across 50 school districts. Despite challenges, including the 2018 closure of the Success Foundation and recent threats to our education system, Dean KJ has revitalized the program as the New Dynamic Urban Success Academy, supporting schools and communities nationwide.
